More About Me

Moisés was born and raised in San Francisco and majored in Economics at UC Berkeley. He is the proud father of two amazing daughters; one, with a BS in Biology from Redlands, who works in COVID research for the National Institute of Health and the other, with a BS in Human Development and Regenerate Biology from Harvard, who just finished a two year contract as a Associate Consultant at Bain and is now back in the realm of scientific research with a VC group in Boston. Both are on the path to attend medical school in 2025.

In October of 2006, Moisés decided to obtain his real estate license. Throughout challenging and unstable markets, his experience as a negotiator, his passion for excellence in service, and skills in operating a small business, allowed him stand out and grow.

His passion for giving to the community and teaching has been manifested in many ways throughout his life; it continues as a Realtor®. His work with Habitats for Humanity, repairing local schools and halfway homes, combined with his love of teaching allows him to directly touch the lives of others including his peers and colleagues. Moisés serves the real estate community as an instructor for the National Association of Realtor Code of Ethics, and also as Chairman of Membership at the San Mateo County Board of Realtors®.

His negotiation skills and attention to detail have enabled him to assist his clients in transactions ranging from residential, investment property, 1031s, and commercial leases and sales. 85% of his business comes from referrals. They are based on the confidence he'll negotiate the highest possible price for his sellers and the best possible price for his buyers. He never represents both sides in a transaction. Representing you in the sale or purchase of your next property is what he enjoys the most!

Moisés looks forward to becoming your Realtor® forever.
